On Thursday, four of our Year 10 students took part in the Year 10 Maths Feast competition at Lancaster University

The students won one of the four rounds, placing second in another, helping them to 3rd place out of the 26 teams. Well done Westholme! 👏🏻

As we prepare to set off for the airport this morning, we discovered that 3 of our staff are celebrating their wedding anniversaries today. I'm sure their spouses will be delighted to see them this evening. Let's hope they hit up duty free in Milan for thoughtful gifts!!

Our final Wally nominations of the trip, they were narrowed down to 3 and then there could only be one. For getting his backpack hooked onto a chairlift and becoming hung up by it, the final Wally is Oliver. He has to wear it back through the airport.

That's a wrap. Skiing finished for the week. Ceremony held by the instructors and ski grades given out. We said a sad farewell to them with the promise of 'a proximo anno'. 'Til next year Sestriere.
We depart for Milan tomorrow morning, stay tuned for flight updates then.
