Our locations have been embracing Autumn's Bounty!

The team at St Piran's School hosted a fantastic seasonal pop-up experience, that included scrumptious parsnip cake to apple tarts and crispy parsnip – the pupils and teachers couldn't get enough!

The team at Gayhurst School brought the taste of Japan to lunchtime with an incredible pop-up sushi and noodle bar!

It was fantastic having our talented young apprentice, Alex, there who worked alongside the team at Gayhurst and picked up new skills!

Last week, we hosted our very first regional masterclass in Birmingham for some members of our Chef team! They gathered from across the UK, alongside our young apprentices to have the incredible opportunity to learn from Vojtech Vegh, during a session on zero-waste cooking.

Get nestled down with a delicious hot bowl of curried parsnip soup! Not only does this dish taste incredible, it utilises seasonal ingredients in a way that is both easy and a joy to consume. What are you waiting for?
