We've often said education is the key to unlocking the gap in so many of what people don't know about transatlantic slavery. Education...and GREAT teachers. GREAT historians. There are many. Katie Amery is one of them. An excellent project she has worked on for her students.

Delighted to have won the student voice award TT Education conference this evening, on account of our work on curriculum diversity and representation. We have loved the work and student engagement with our L8 oral history project and look forward to seeing how this progresses 💗
