WA wheat industry leaders are in DC this week, meeting with legislators and taking part in national meetings. The discussion with Senator Patty Murray centered around trade, changes needed to the Conservation Reserve Program and protecting the lower Snake River dams.
WA wheat industry leaders are in DC this week, meeting with legislators and taking part in national meetings. WAWG thanked Rep. Dan Newhouse for his support on protecting the lower Snake River dams and the 2018 Farm Bill. They also discussed trade issues and conservation practices.
