Lewis’ FIRST evidence that Israel does not properly lower civilian harm: IDF gave Gazans only 24 hrs to evacuate north. But Israel actually allowed Gazans 3 weeks to evacuate. The delayed ground entry by IDF is well documented. So already, the article grossly misrepresents. 2/
