🚨Pay dispute declared🚨 Despite repeated requests UCU still refuses talks over the 2024/25 pay claim we submitted in April. Why would a trade union employer refuse to negotiate on pay? Our pay year begins on 1 August so we’re now 3 months into an effective pay freeze.
