The VT Turfclub volunteered at Auburn Hills Country Club in #aeration Sunday afternoon. Punched, cleaned, top-dressed dragged 14 greens in under four hours. It feels to great to be apart of an organization that gives back to the NRV turf community!

The Turfgrass Club at Virginia Tech is hosting a percentage night here in Blacksburg, Va at our local Panda Express this Tuesday. We appreciate our industry’s continued support of our Turfgrass Club! We hope to you there!

Over the next 8 weeks Virginia Tech Turfgrass Science students are evaluating annual, perennial, & intermediate ryegrass, and Poa triv, for overseeding bermudagrass athletic fields in their Golf + Sports #Turf laboratory. Already seeing some nice treatment differences at just 1 week after seeding.
