This is one principle most founders fail to understand. When you don't have strong processes in place, the relevance/awareness your brilliant marketing campaigns bring will be what kills you.

The Landmark beach demolition is unfortunate. I got this email and was assured once again that Paul Onwuanibe is a decent gentleman who is once again brilliantly playing with the cards he has been dealt. He will come out on top of all this by remaining the decent person he is.

At least 2 companies that were headline sponsors for BB Naija in the last 5 years have now folded or being absorbed into another company.

Tolulope Olorundero Especially in a country as divided along tribal lines like 🇳🇬 we need a strong judiciary so we can blame the law when something we dont like happens instead of the next tribe. Landmarks issue right now is w/ the interpretation of real estate law. That what we should be blaming

So there’s a stakeholders meeting with Entrepreneurs at Landmark & representatives of the Government on NTA….they shared their plan for the coastal road and the rationale behind the road plus compensation plan for the affected businesses…i hope they are well compensated.

Sad to see that many operate from a position that anyone who does not agree with them or questions their opinion is the enemy.

It’s the arrogance of ignorance, why you expect people to be puppets without independent thoughts of their own.

Quite silly, truly.

It’s interesting to see: not many people understand the concept of empathy.

For example: I could end up understanding the government’s strategy and decisions around the Costal Road AND STILL empathize with entrepreneurs whose businesses are affected.
