Went to the track this morning for a Michigan but the Achilles said no after the 1200 🙄😢 So came home and did a cross trainer Michigan (to time) instead. Never sweated so much in my life 😅💀

The Snowdonia Marathon is like nothing else! The most amazing people & scenery but a hard way to run 26.2! 14th through half way & leading M45 until last Mile but have to be pleased with 3min best in 2:55.10, 23rd overall & 2nd M45-Huge congrats to everyone & thanks for the support🙏
