A1- a restorative mindset is about wanting relationships to stay in tact and when there is a problem to work towards repair. It is problem solving vrs punishing, blaming, etc. its working to understand actions , feelings, and why

A3- I worked w/ student, teacher. Student was calmly able to explain feelings, teacher listened w open heart and was able to see how the student was perceiving a situation. They came up w a plan to meet both their needs, and follow ups have concluded STILL SUCCESSFUL! #wearewayne

Restorative practice is 80% proactive and preventative and 20% reactive. Basically what I’m saying is that it’s the relationship, not the restoration that makes this thing work. People over programs. I’m sticking to it.
