On the 8th May the new Chilltastic app was launched Dr Ceryl Teleri Davies Bangor University the app and the toolkit aims to promote safe, bespoke, and value-based mindfulness-based practices to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities in a person-centred manner chilltasticapp.wales/activities/
