Wow tuiuk - it takes a special kind of company to ring a customer to discuss their complaint, and leave them feeling a 100 times worse than before the call came in. What a disgraceful, disgusting response. And for goodness sake, stop calling huge complaints "feedback".

tuiuk are the biggest disgrace ever. Cancelled my sisters holiday yesterday (the day before) and made them pay £400 extra to change holiday to a diff country. They have arrived at the airport today to be told their flight is cancelled which was apparently cancelled yesterday!!

4 adults and 4 children now sat at Birmingham airport stranded as no one will even contact them back. You do not deserve any custom and you are a disgrace. Their holiday has been booked and paid off for months!!!

tuiuk I understand that there was a massive IT failure on Friday which put hundreds if not thousands of people at an inconvenience but to close down all your flight delay, complaint and after travel forms is just poor you certainly don’t put customers first #poor #tui #corfu

Resorting to this as tuiuk customer care team are unsympathetic. 3 and half days out of 7 in an all inclusive hotel with no water/toilet facilities equates to £44 per head compo. Had to eat out. Fill toilet cistern with see water. £44 per head. Disgusting.

tuiuk I will never book or give any of my time or money to TUI ever again. A disgrace from start to what looks like finish. It’s fine for them to cancel our holiday 3 days before we are set to go, but then when I try to make a change I’m told it’s standard terms and conditions.
