Elderly Patient with ESLD, with fevers, chills, white count, and ruq abdominal pain. US showed signs of cholecystitis as did HIDA. IR was concerned about ascites and surgery declined due to being a poor surgical candidate. We did EUS guided GB drainage.

This is Dr. Norman Marcon - one of the giants - the man who built therapeutic endoscopy in Canada.
