This afternoon from Bittern hide RSPB Minsmere 🌍 for the second time in seven years, I witnessed a male and female Bittern in a courtship mating display. these are rarely seen in the open, myself and several others were blown away by what we saw. I will post after this four more.
I decided to pay a visit today to RSPB Minsmere 🌍 as I had some time to spare. So pleased I did, this absolutely stunning Eider duck drake was seen on the sea off the dunes. It decided to pay a visit to the east scrape. The Eider duck swam twice around the scrape passed east hide.
Palla's warbler at Needham Market sewage works- about time we had a decent bird on patch!! Presumably the bird put out as Yellow-browed yesterday.
