Fantastic day attending the ‘Trafodaeth Trawma Gogledd Cymru’ Traumatic Stress Wales event in Nant Gwrtheyrn. Great to connect with others, hear about inspiring work in North Wales, and singing with the Welsh National Opera. Personal highlight was hearing from the expert listening panel.
