I always felt that in politics you should seek to give future generations more opportunities than you enjoyed. That should unite us across the political spectrum. Brexit took away opportunities failing those young people and rejecting even this limited opportunity is so unfair.

The end of this war is so long overdue.

It is not enough for six months of war to be a moment of remembrance and mourning.
