Great to be on the Global Halifax News Morning to talk about cyber security. Andrea Dion is a terrific host! Thanks Andrea Dion for having me on the show.
A nice group shot of the 3M Fellows who took part in today's Spring Teaching Event StFX University: David Creelman (UNB), Elizabeth Wells (Mt A), Brian Wagner (UPEI), Srini Sampalli (Dal), Jessica Riddell (Bishop's) and Ann Bigelow (StFX). (Missing from pic: Angie Kolen, StFX).
Congrats to all our players that competed in the NB 4* this weekend! Especially Lauchlan Mcdonough U16 champ, Griffin Mcdonough U12 champ Mike Oxner and Clarke Fullerton U18 doubles champs and Niket Sampalli and Alex Comeau U18 doubles finalists! Tennis Nova Scotia
At Srini Sampalli's lab, I found a caring mentor, learned to love research, and made some amazing friends (Roibeárd MacGréagóir and Reetam Taj) who became family away from home. ❤️ 4/7

Congratulations to all Dalhousie University graduates who are receiving their degrees at the virtual convocation today! A special shout-out to all the Dal Computer Science graduates! It has been wonderful teaching you and seeing your journey right from the first year! #DalGrad #DalProud
A proud day for the Sampalli family! My son Amrit graduated with an MD from Univ. of Toronto U of T MD Program at the virtual convocation today. He will be starting his residency in #Neurology in #NovaScotia #DalhousieU. Returning and giving back to #NovaScotia!
Sadly, I learned that my dear friend Mark, Mark T. Jones, author of dismasthepenitentthief.com passed away last week at a hospice in the UK. He was one of the most generous, kindest souls that I have known – a true inspiration and a humanitarian. RIP Mark!
Today marks two weeks since I got my second Covid vaccine and now I can consider myself #FullyVaccinated - yay!! But I will continue to follow Public Nova Scotia Health guidelines. #Gratitude #VaccinesWork
Bader Aldughayfiq of the Faculty of Computer Science will be defending their PhD thesis remotely this morning. Almost there, Bader! 🎉 #DalDefender Dal Computer Science
