Set square to your spot When the inside foot turns to the rusher before you are square at the spot … it’s a problem. And good rushers (like Crosby) will exploit it.

Balance is controlled by head position.The key is to keep it in one position as much as possible LT loses his “head set” here by throwing it back on his kick step and then rocking forward. Once the head gets wobbling it’s hard to keep it still and not lurch. Patreon

Athletic complex done 4 times here during the off-season working on 3 different axis: -strength with a heavy bench press at 353lbs for 4 reps -power development with the dumbbell snatch and the clapped push-ups -overall muscular endurance by doing those exercices with no rest.
