Terrible news. Grew up with BBC Singers (well, we all did). Losses at the BBC are inevitable given the cuts forced on them by government, but so often instead of cutting management they get rid of the people who make unique stuff we should be proud of.

If Gary Lineker has a view about the BBC’s plan to disband the BBC Singers, we’d love to hear it.
