Great to join the Baltic Sea Allies Summit with Alexander Stubb & Kristen Michal. Working together with #NATO Allies including through "Baltic Sentry" means we are doing what it takes to ensure the safety and security of our critical infrastructure and all that we hold dear.


Today, we bid farewell to the Chair of the Military Committee Admiral Rob Bauer Admiral Giuseppe CAVO DRAGONE. Thank you for relentlessly working with Allies for our collective security and for amplifying the voices of over 3 million uniformed men and women who serve #NATO.




Good discussion with PM Nikol Pashinyan in Davos on continuing #NATO - #Armenia dialogue and cooperation. The South Caucasus region is important for our global security. I encourage efforts to promote enduring peace between 🇦🇲 and 🇦🇿.



It was a pleasure to visit Madrid 🇪🇸 to meet with Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. #Spain plays an important role in our shared security. We discussed support for Ukraine as well as our deterrence & defence and the urgent need to invest more now.


Great to see 🇩🇰 PM Mette Frederiksen Statsministeriet We discussed how we’re working together to enhance security in the Baltic Sea, support #Ukraine, and invest more in defence, including in the High North.


Great to join Ursula von der Leyen and the EU Commissioners for their retreat today! Productive discussion on how NATO and EU can work even more closely together. We must invest more and ramp up defence industrial production!


Great to see #Hungary 🇭🇺 Orbán Viktor! We discussed our deterrence and defence and the importance of ramping up defence spending & production to keep our Alliance strong.


Good to join today’s informal EU Council. As we work to boost our resilience & strengthen our defence we need to invest more and produce more. This cannot wait. And we can do this best together including through #NATO-#EU cooperation. Thanks to António Costa for the invitation!

Good call with Lithuanian PM Gintautas Paluckas ahead of Defence Ministers at #NATO this week. We talked about Europe stepping up on deterrence and defence, ramping up production, supporting #Ukraine and countering Russia’s attempts to destabilise our countries. 🇱🇹leading by example!

Good to welcome Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau to Brussels. We discussed the urgent need to increase defence spending and boost industrial production. We also talked about the crucial support that #NATO Allies, including #Canada, provide to #Ukraine.


Great to welcome 🇺🇸 Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth Pete Hegseth for your first meeting at #NATO. We’ve got work to do to make sure the Alliance stays strong. This means increasing defence spending, ramping up production, and Europe doing more to support Ukraine.

So good to host Gen. Keith Kellogg in Brussels. Today he consulted with Allies at NATO on working together to ensure just and lasting peace in Ukraine. We have a lot to do and will cooperate closely to pursue an end to the war and enduring security for us all.
