Pan-African Surgical Healthcare Forum, hosted by University of Global Health Equity Smile Train and Ministry of Health | Rwanda about to start. Technical officers from ~40 African Ministries of Health gathering for 2 days in Kigali to discuss surgical healthcare planning and learn from each other.

In our article we propose a novel way to calculate disability weights for countries that dont meet minimum health system indicators. Health system indicators should be considered as adjustment factor in DW and DALY calculs
