Mme Domitille ,Chairperson of Rwanda Law Reform C. presented the rationale of #Gacaca jurdictions at #Kwibuka30 international conference. She portrayed that in 1996, #Rwanda had 130K prisonners and also in 5 years normal courts managed to judge 6000 cases of genocide perpetrators.
