But with 1 in 6 on NHS waiting lists, public services slashed and the economy in stagnation, it really is only the SNP to blame for the chaos and incompetence at the heart of government.

Last night the Conservative Government's Rwanda Bill passed its final Parliamentary stage and will now be law.

It remains an absurdly expensive, totally unworkable, morally abhorrent gimmick of the highest order that doesn't deal with the genuine problem of the smuggling gangs.

Just before midnight I presented a petition in the Commons on behalf of those affected by the infected blood scandal, including my constituent Richard Gilmour.

Two victims die every week. The government must implement the recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry now.

❌ The SNP-Green government has torn up its climate commitments.

✅ Labour’s Green Prosperity Plan will drive down emissions, cut bills, create jobs and provide energy security.

⚡️GB Energy will drive forward the shift to clean energy.
