Today: Sunny morning in the new allotment - 3 beds prepared for potatoes, carrots and beets - and the Dutch Hoe was out ! x #allotments

Today: Walk and talk about all things coach mentoring in Delamere with ⁦Summitpeople Ltd⁩ - but specifically about dilemmas facing coach mentors working with high-performance sports coaches! #mentoring

Today: sunshine at the allotment - plum and pear fruit trees going in - could be apple trees to make the orchard next week x

Today: Black and white gear out for a big game against L’pool #Toon

Today: Grassroots footy first thing - then up to the allotment - 5 beds developed now - 2 for potatoes (planting early March) - 1 for other root veg (rhubarb and garlic went in today) - 1 with the orchard (Cherry planted today - 1 for Lesley’s 💐 x

Today: Allotment shed needs repainting Steve - 12c in Kingsley at 2pm - no need for the woolly hat! x
