Good 10.5mile training run today. All in aid of Marie Curie @LLHM2024 Good conditions managed my fastest yet 10k within the mileage. Lovely to see ⁦Ronan Fenton⁩ out running with his dogs. Missed my running buddy David who is carrying an injury 😞 sure he will back soon 😀

The sun did shine during my run today, but it was a really tough one. I have not run properly for 10 days due to shin splints, thankfully all the special exercises worked and no further pain. I struggled to keep running today and my breathing was wrong. Hope it was just a blip 🤪
