the burden of Acute Rheumatic Fever is often unseen because of inadequate surveillance. Lovely study led Emmy Okello in The Lancet Global Health shorturl.at/iwBF0 demonstrates that, if we look, we will find cases. Considerable work needed to develop these systems.
