Trivet has launched Labombe Wine Bar, a new concept which sees the two-Michelin-star restaurant's bar open on Monday evenings under a new guise. Labombe serves wine by-the-glass from sommelier Isa Bal, and a blackboard menu of bar bites from Jonny Lake.

JKS Restaurants will open Ambassadors Clubhouse, a Punjabi restaurant, this summer on the Momo site in Heddon Street. Named after the founders' maternal grandfather, it will take inspiration from his summer house in Dalhousie and North India’s abandoned party mansions.
