Michel Barnier Prohibitively expensive for British booksellers to send titles to customers in European Union post Brexit. Many packages returned by post office as customers understandably refuse to pay customs and administration charges. Single market and customs union much missed.

The fear of returning to reciprocal freedom of movement with the EU is unfounded. Legitimate concerns can be met with safeguards.
