🚨new CUBE study🚨 Led by Prachi. We prospectively swabbed the floors pre / post outbreaks on GIM ward. While ~100% of swabs were positive for SARS-CoV2, the viral copy number mirrored outbreak status! High at start of outbreak, lower thereafter. 1/4 cube-ontario.github.io
