cpe.org.uk/our-news/categ… How is this acceptable? Department of Health and Social Care ? We are being penalised for an error YOU made when you have already underfunded the sector to the tune of 40 percent cuts over the last 5 years. Wes Streeting is this what you meant by funding primary care correctly?

I use six different suppliers to buy medicines. There hasn't been a day in the last few months we're every one of them has made a full delivery! Boxes or whole deliveries just don't arrive. Does anyone monitor this? Community Pharmacy England MHRAgovuk TasB Derviş Gürol MPharm PG Dip (Law) Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network

100%. National Pharmacy Association have achieved something and should be applauded. Pharmacy bodies have tried squaring the circle for years, and finally we are getting somewhere. Very disappointed with Independent Pharmacies Association (IPA)

'Pharmacy sector is on life support'. Never mind about a 10 year NHS plan. I’m struggling to see how the sector survives the next 10 weeks! National Pharmacy Association Community Pharmacy England Independent Community Pharmacist Chemist+Druggist NHS England bbc.com/news/articles/…

Nearly 9 months into the financial year & all contractors are still waiting to hear from Community Pharmacy England Department of Health and Social Care regarding our contract, wait is leading to significant financial pressure on all of us, working at 2016 rates is not sustainable! If Economic Review is not released by NHS England & Department of Health and Social Care I believe it is in best interest of Community Pharmacy for Community Pharmacy England to refuse to engage with negotiations. Also National Pharmacy Association + Independent Pharmacies Association (IPA) + Indie Reps on CPE, should not ratify any deal without seeing the report

Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network & other independent pharmacy owners, representing 50% of England’s pharmacy network will seek legal advice on a no-confidence vote in Community Pharmacy England unless it commits to: 1- NO DEAL until Economic Review is Published! linkedin.com/posts/dervis-a…

2- ANY DEAL must be ratified by contractors unless contract is imposed by Department of Health and Social Care Independents own majority of pharmacies, yet CPE’s structure doesn’t reflect this. Community Pharmacy England must uphold democratic principles and failure will force us to act.

Independent contractors are coordinating and mobilising, in a way like never before. When you have everything to lose it can bring people together to create strength. If Community Pharmacy England fail, there will be an uproar like never before. Time to listen to those you represent!

Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network members are emailing their Community Pharmacy England Reps. Reps are there, as elected individuals to represent us, the way we wish to be represented. Let us be clear, if any Rep decides to ignore their constitutents, just remember, CPE elections are coming. #NoSeatisSafe

NO DEAL WITH FALSE HOPES: TIME TO STAND UP! Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network is standing firm: Community Pharmacy England negotiation committee must not agree to any deal based on empty promises that things will improve next year. Next year’s deal will be a three-year contract, we cannot afford another bad
