Amazon Help Piyusha Vir Parvez. Plz ask someone to look into this. She hasn't recieved that item and it's expensive. This isn't the response expected from Amazon India, please escalate this concern and investigate.

Amazon Help Piyusha Vir Parvez - She has already done enough of the follow up and has received poor customer service through the process without resolution. No one takes responsibility to escalate a matter at Amazon is it ? Amazon India

This is the reality of Amazon India Expensive items don't get delivered and Amazon Customer Service doesn't care if it means a huge financial loss to the customer. I have been following up since June 5th. Still no resolution.

Amazon Help Piyusha Vir Mr. Mahesh - Do we have to teach Amazon the meaning of escalation? Are you kidding me? A playform like Amazon doesn't have any e-mail address or contact number for escalation? So what does the customer do? It's absolutely preposterous. Who is responsible for the money she lost?

At the very least, Piyusha Vir deserves a clearer response on how folks at Amazon India came to the conclusion that no further action is warranted - when an expensive item ordered hasn’t reached her and the parcel was clearly torn. Anyone on my TL can help?

An order isnt't fulfilled till the time it reaches the customer. Amazon India Amazon Looking forward to a resolution ASAP. This is such a mental harrasment for my friend apart from the loss of money. Expecting a more responsible service attitude from you. Friends, pls amplify.

Amazon Help Amazon India Are you trying to say that if you have marked an item as delivered at your end and the customer hasn't received it, we are supposed to forget about our money and show understanding? How about you show this understanding and perform a thorough investigation?

It's as if Amazon India does not want to solve the problem. What's the use of using your platform if one has to go through this harrowing experience? Can you at least investigate the issue thoroughly instead of just rushing to close it?

Amazing sessions on integrating gender equity, diversity and inclusion into our work-research, practice, funding, org. culture, and behaviors. Best part was a fulfilling conversation with Piyusha Vir Krati shrivastava Sukanya Susan and Akshay CM at the end of the day 🥰🥰
