Amazon Help Piyusha Vir Parvez. Plz ask someone to look into this. She hasn't recieved that item and it's expensive. This isn't the response expected from Amazon India, please escalate this concern and investigate.

This is the reality of Amazon India Expensive items don't get delivered and Amazon Customer Service doesn't care if it means a huge financial loss to the customer. I have been following up since June 5th. Still no resolution.

Amazon Help Piyusha Vir Mr. Mahesh - Do we have to teach Amazon the meaning of escalation? Are you kidding me? A playform like Amazon doesn't have any e-mail address or contact number for escalation? So what does the customer do? It's absolutely preposterous. Who is responsible for the money she lost?
At the very least, Piyusha Vir deserves a clearer response on how folks at Amazon India came to the conclusion that no further action is warranted - when an expensive item ordered hasn’t reached her and the parcel was clearly torn. Anyone on my TL can help?

Amazon Help Amazon India Are you trying to say that if you have marked an item as delivered at your end and the customer hasn't received it, we are supposed to forget about our money and show understanding? How about you show this understanding and perform a thorough investigation?
