Have been talking to people all day about positivity and how it is so important to find the positives in life to boost mind and body. Each day I will be posting a positive from my day and challenge you all to do the same. Remember it’s all about sharing not comparing.

Positive for today - spent time with some lovely people on a teams chat, laughing and joking.

Not a true word spoken Russyn Cast whatever the weather, you are sunshine to someone and your amazing rays of light make your student's school journeys the very best 🌞

Day 2 positive: managed to get up at 5 to do some exercise and felt great. What are other people’s positives from today? #sharingnotcomparing

Day 3’s positive was managing to have a walk with my wife and children after work. What was everyone else’s positive today? #sharingnotcomparing Even just searching for a positive thought releases serotonin, which helps fight stress and make you happy.

Positive day 5 is seeing so many wonderful lights around everywhere. It seems that this year there are more lights out and people making more effort to boost everyone’s mood and positivity, which is great! Simple things we do can brighten up our day and others!

Day 6 Positive was watching my son smiling from ear to ear whilst singing Christmas songs. There are so many positives around us all the time we just need to look for them. What are everyone else’s positives today? #sharingnotcomparing

Daily positive: my bins were emptied - great feeling! You can find positives anywhere, you just need to look. If people reading are struggling for positives here are a couple: you can read, you have access to computer or phone, you have internet, you have sight.
