Papirene i orden eller ikke? Haraldsplass mener at papirløse som trenger akutt og nødvendig helsehjelp bør få dekket behandling på lik linje med alle andre, slik at det ikke blir opp til det enkelte sykehus å vurdere. Regelverket må bli klarere. Les BT abo bt.no/nyheter/lokalt…
