Canadian GDP numbers are in, which means I can share the full Q2 update to my G7 post-COVID GDP growth chart! Here's each country's cumulative increase in real GDP, since just before the pandemic: 🇺🇸 +10.1% 🇨🇦 +5.8% 🇮🇹 +4.0% 🇫🇷 +3.1% 🇬🇧 +2.3% 🇩🇪 +0.3% 🇯🇵 +0.2%

In the aftermath of the Kursk invasion, we're seeing quite the push from folks like ISW on the topic of loosening US restrictions on Ukraine. Most of the Europeans are already on board. I expect a policy shift fairly soon.
