Due to cancellations, only one college principal could be found to join the employers' side of the NJNC for negotiations yesterday. This lack of effort to prioritise negotiations denotes a complete lack of respect for the lecturing workforce. #FightingforFE

Our employers must bin the spin and publicly stand up for the sector. Scotland's colleges currently face the prospect of widespread industrial action from all staff. Avoiding this should be the priority for college leaders, not rehearsing the same arguments of the last decade.
