Too often, we label individuals as "lazy" or "unmotivated" because of their disloyalty to their job. Instead, we need to be looking toward their leadership. Without supportive leadership, we cannot expect employees to be dedicated to furthering the cause of their work.

The podcast #ArchetypesWithMeghan is brilliant. I love listening to it every week and I really hope it keeps going for a long time. I have had so many insights listening to it and it gives a real sense of not being alone. This poem truly spoke to me today.

Unconscious Bias or Racism? Whatever you want to call it, from where I am looking, this is just wrong. Those choosing these images need to take a long hard look at themselves.
