This is a leftover dream ♥️. I took the lamb out of my leftover spicy stew and skewered it alternately with roasted bell peppers. Then tipped steamed rice into the remaining sauce, stirred it through to mop up the sauce. Et voilà! #bonappetit #foodie #leftovers
