I was hoping for some let up in demand for urgent same day appointments in #TeamGP land but requests are as high as in mid winter and seasonal demand doesn’t seem to be having the impact we hoped for. There is also a growing perception that #TeamGP is an urgent walk in centre….

But a letter about a child who is 13 months?!

you have a dummy for comfort

This consultation was THE most obscure set of documents I have ever come across.

Only purpose could be to deter participation.

For shame.

Had a letter this week saying “I would like to highlight the necessity of building the right expectations when you refer to a specialist”.

I’m not referring to you for a laugh.
