In 2021, Pacific Urbanism located more than 100k affordable housing units in the City of LA. Amongst the CPAs of CD 11, Venice reported the highest density at 3.3 units per 100 people while Brentwood-Pacific Palisades provides 0.0 units per 100 people, the lowest in all of LA.
