As #cesupervisors we do not want to be in industrial dispute. We utilised the mechanisms of the state to resolve this, received a recommendation against the funder (the State) and have patiently awaited its implementation by successive governments. mmcgrathtd its in your court.

It's a statutory redundancy payment for any supervisor who reaches pension age!

So much for dispute resolution - #CESupervisors still awaiting mmcgrathtd and @HHumphreysFG to honour the 2008 #Labourcourt recommendation to award& fund a pension for us. When the state can ignore the industrial relations mechanisms of the country- the don't carry much weight.

TDs who served more than 6 months in Oireachtas are entitled to a termination lump sum equal to 2 months’ salary (€15,445). CE Supervisors offered €15,600 after 25+ service. Just as well people we serve in the community value us because the gov certainly doesn’t #CEsupervisors

Fianna Fáil TD's nationwide were quick off the mark last April celebrating a deal to finally end this long running disgrace and honour the Labour Court recommendation. What transpired was a diabolical offer that angered #cesupervisors, and is unlikely to be accepted.
