Yesterday we held our very 1st Women's Rose Circle, where the women engaged in gentle movements to strengthen their bodies and a short meditation to clear the mind. Afterwards, we drank tea and chatted. A perfect way to start the day! 🌞 Join us EVERY WEDNESDAY 10:00-11:30am🌹

Yesterday we held our first 'Introduction to Sewing' class (1/6)🧵 Students will be making an apron as their first project, and they have already learned the basics of patterns, materials and sewing machines! We can't wait to see the finished products! #communitywork #rdguk
