🥔 Sprouted potatoes and wrinkly parsnips? Homegrown and Foraged (Instagram) has the solution: "Both still perfectly fine to use. I peeled, chopped and steamed the potatoes and parsnips to make potato salad for tonight's dinner and I'll freeze the parsnips for when we next want a roast"
