Compelling legal analysis of the incoherence and dangers of the antisemitism definition which universities like University of Sydney have rushed to adopt. sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/universit…

First University of Sydney shut down the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, now they have axed the Sydney Peace Foundation. As a former Chair am dismayed - the annual Sydney Peace Prize has brought leaders in the fight for peace with justice to Australia and to the university.

Apparently, the University of Sydney VC sees no paradox in opposing racism against international students at the same time as cracking down on pro-Palestinian protest on campus – or, as he ludicrously calls it, 'supporting free speech'. sydney.edu.au/news-opinion/n…

Very well attended Staff for Palestine meeting at University of Sydney tonight on why the Universities Australia antisemitism definition and other standalone definitions should be rejected. A motion to this effect was passed overwhelmingly.
