I went through the exact same thing. Tried two separate times to merge multiple company accounts. Rejected each time. Spoke to PF team in company and CA’s office. Loads of people are facing this. Only solution: “PF Agents” and “fees”. Digital India, indeed. 🤣

The problem is not just with trying to withdraw EPF. I initiated a NPS Tier 2 withdrawal on Oct 9 and was told it was successful on Oct 10. Now money is shown as withdrawn everywhere: in NPS portal, on NPS statements. It’s 40 days, and I’m still waiting for it to hit my account!
