One year ago today our new Senate Majority passed the Child Victims Act after years of delay. This transformative piece of legislation has already helped more than 1,700 New Yorkers seek justice against their abusers. We must extend this legislation to protect more New Yorkers.

On 1st anniv. of passing #ChildVictimsAct, we’re here to say one year isn’t enough. Survivors need time to hear abt the window’s, make the emotional decision to sue & find a lawyer. Brad Hoylman-Sigal 🌈🥯 & I will extend #CVA lookback window to give survivors more time to seek justice.
