H.E H.E Dr Paul Otuoma INSTALLED AS Kenya Red Cross PATRON IN BUSIA County Government of Busia 040 Governor Paul Nyongesa Otuoma has called upon the National government to fast track the National Disaster Management Bill.

To achieve the mandate, I have directed that aproper program be developed to have all CHVs inducted as Red Cross members and volunteers.

However through our partnership with Kenya Red Cross , the first line of disaster mitigation will be to activate monitoring agencies which will inform decisions on preparedness.
