On the menu this evening we have N.Fagan Meats beef roasted medium rare on the bbq, our “eat the weeds” chimichurri, puréed butternut squash with caramelized onion/garlic topped with homemade sour cream and cilantro, with a side of sautéed runner beans. Washed it down with Shiraz.

Today is another busy day here at N.Fagan Meats We are cutting pre sold beef boxes, quarters and sides of beef. Meatballs are one of our biggest sellers. Last week we individually weighed, rolled, packaged and sold over 3500 meatballs. That is 194 bags of meatballs and 427 lbs!!

Today was a delivery day here N.Fagan Meats. We also operate under Beothuk Land & Cattle Company so anytime you see that label it is also us!!! We provide 12 Stores/Markets and Restaurants with our products. 3 of the newest being @doughbysbakery @njskitchen and Indian Express Food Truck
