Following a complaint we received yesterday of the extra-judicial killing of MR. IBRAHIM in Rhamu by police officers, this morning, we wrote to IPOA to expeditiously investigate the matter. We shall not relent until the murderers of the mentally unsound Ibrahim are apprehended.
