This is a rare non-Fred Rogers post, but I think it is in the spirit of this twitter account. I live in Springfield Ohio and to say the least, we are going through some things because of lies that are being spread about Haitian Refugees who are here legally. Love your neighbor.

Two elementary schools were evacuated Friday in Springfield Ohio. Thursday, a middle school was also closed due to threats after Trump and other Republicans spread false claims about Haitian migrants. Springfield's mayor to Laura Coates last night: "We need help, not hate."

Trump is doing the same thing to the Haitians that he did to the Muslims in 2016. This crew has one playbook (racism and othering) and they keep using it again and again and again.
