A1 - I think leaders should be seeing not only a variety of assessments, but they should see strategic seating in the classroom based on the data as well as evidence of student learning on the walls #OPCClarity4SC

A2 - Learning walls should initially start as a way to lead students down the path of learning. However, to keep students engaged, the wall needs to be updated along the way so it becomes a reflection and source of success. #OPCClarity4SC

A3 - We MUST keep equity in mind. Not all students will have the same access to technology, but regardless of method of submitting work or showing work, effective feedback will need to be concise and focus on only one or two things (1/2) #OPCClarity4SC

A3 - Feedback should also be very positive in nature to encourage students to want to keep learning through this pathway (2/2) #OPCClarity4SC

A4 - Learning Intent & Success Criteria act as the frame of the house for students to scaffold their learning around. A strong frame helps ground students in their work and they can begin to visualize what the final learning could possibly look like. #OPCClarity4SC

A1 - We are in a provincial/national/global state of emergency. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is more important than ever. If basic needs are not met, learning will not occur. We must keep things simple and accessible. #learnfwdON

A2 - This is an opportunity for us to connect with our colleagues, even offline, and just touch base, feed the emotional health and well being. We know teachers are not successful when they don't feel well, so let's support each other. #learnfwdON

A3 - The million dollar question. I think the best that we can do is understand the difficulties that we are facing in this time and do our best to accommodate all learners and their families. When this is over, we need to truly appreciate the construct of school. #learnfwdON

A4- Enjoy your time with them. This is bonus time given to us to spend with our children. Do things with them. Interact, talk, reconnect. And if possible, do something to show appreciation to those frontline staff working day in and out to keep our society running! #learnfwdON
